Ingredients
- 4 bananas ripe mashed
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 21/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsps baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions
- pre heat oven to 180°c and grease the pan with butter and flour ...
- Mix together dry ingredients and set aside
- In a large bowl combine wet ingredients well then add dry ingredients slowly and mix until combined.donot over mix
- Fold in walnuts...and pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- If the cake starts to brown at top then cover it with foil and bake until cooked
- slice and serve..
